Kids need to be around horses. Horses provide opportunities to become involved in the care and sport of creatures that are good not only for our physical health, but our mental health too. Kids become focused on their time with their horse – whether it is owned or leased or borrowed, or simply a lesson horse. They look forward to the time spent outside with their horse and love to learn to ride. Horses help kids focus on healthy habits.
